Delivery

We're not taking orders yet, so there's no delivery price or time to promise. When orders open, plates are made to order after your documents are checked, then posted with tracking. We'll publish delivery prices and times here before the first order is taken.

Returns

Plates are made to your registration, so they can't be returned for a change of mind. If a plate arrives faulty or doesn't match what you ordered, we'll remake or refund it. Full terms are published here before we take orders.

You can also cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, except personalised items and opened food or hygiene products. Email support@vickersldn.com with your order number. Faulty items are always refunded or replaced under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
